ONSITE: Festive Fiber Art: Embroidered, Light-up Wall Hanging (Adults and Youth 14+ with Registered Adult)
Explore electronic concepts through craft and fiber arts. Learn about basic circuits by adding fun LED lights to your embroidered hoop-art project. Students will incorporate sewable LED lights into thier winter-themed, hoop-embroidered wall art project. This class will demonstrate how to build a soft circuit into fiber designs using embroidery stitches and conductive thread.
- All materials are provided. Basic sewing skills required: threading a needle and running stitch. If under age 18, must also register with an adult.
- Due to a set of stairs, this classroom is not wheelchair accessible.

About the Instructor
Janpim Wolf is a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in 2011 with a double major in Photography + Film and Art Education.
As a trained art educator, she enjoys inspiring students of all ages to foster an appreciation for the arts. She has taught in diverse settings locally and internationally.
She is passionate about exploring other cultures, teaching, and being a life-long learner.
