ONSITE: Zinemaking with Paper Paraphernalia

Do you have a story to tell? A creative idea that needs to get out? Zine making is an accessible way to self-publish. In this course, we’ll be using paper collaging and hand drawn design to create unique printable zines. You’ll leave with the skills to design and print your own zines from home… all you need is an idea and a printer!

Special Notes

  • Students are welcome to bring in their own magazines, newspapers, and other paper materials they wish to include in the zinemaking process.

This studio is not wheel chair accessible from the interior due to two steps, but is accessible through an exterior door.

Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. For more info visit visarts.org. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program: if interested please visit visarts.org.
