Plant lover, glass artist, and cat mom, Madelanne League, who also goes by Maddie, joins VisArts after working as a glass studio technician in places all the way from Washington to Maine. They received their bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Craft and Material Studies in 2019 and came back to Richmond to work for the Visual Arts Center of Richmond as a Studio Coordinator. They love being a part of the community and sharing their passion for art while being most helpful, and handy. Maddie makes and sells their glass wares at markets throughout the city, you can find their work on Instagram @madelanne.
