Becoming a member of the Visual Arts Center of Richmond allows you to become a part of our creative community and stay engaged with VisArts throughout the year.  

FREE MEMBERSHIPS 

When you enroll in a VisArts class or camp or buy tickets to a VisArts event, you become a member of our community. This free membership includes regular email updates about VisArts classes, camps, events and exhibitions, with the option to tailor your communication preferences based on your interests.  

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS 

In addition to community membership benefits, annual members get early access to class registration, discounted class tuition, discounted tickets to our special events, mailed invitations to exhibition openings and free tickets to Craft + Design. 

Family memberships cost $100 and include two adults plus all children in the household. Adults over 30 can buy an individual membership for $50.

Adults under 30 are eligible for VisArts’ young professional membership. The Visual Arts Creative Ambassadors Board (VACA) hosts fundraisers and special events throughout the year, including our popular art auction, Young + Artful. The VACA board is a group young people who are passionate about Richmond’s arts scene and the Visual Arts Center of Richmond’s contributions to it. 

Interested in VisArts’ patron societies? People who give more than $500 per year to VisArts’ Annual Fund automatically earn all the benefits of membership, plus two weekend passes to Craft + Design.  

All annual memberships are good for one year from date of purchase and are 100% tax deductible.
