Studio Rentals
The Visual Arts Center of Richmond has a small set of individual studio spaces it rents to local artists. The studios are located on the east wing of the building’s second floor and share a small kitchen. Restrooms are down the hall. All studios are accessible 24 hours a day and include high-speed wireless internet.
Rental rates range from $175 to $225 per month for spaces ranging from 110 to 220 square feet. Please contact VisArts’ director of operations with questions about the rental program and to add your name to our studio rental waiting list.
We do offer studio access to each of our 16 professional studios.
