ONLINE: Collage in Photoshop: Personal Voice + Digital Presence

In this class, participants will need to write a few sentences, paragraphs, or poems to express their personal voices about digital presence and their attitudes toward social media. They will then find images related to the text they wrote and create one or multiple digital collages. The images could come from the internet, be photos that they took, or be images they create, such as their own illustrations. They can use Photoshop to create digital collages. In the end, they will share their work with each other and discuss the ideas behind their creations. Students should have access to Photoshop and a basic understanding of it, especially knowing how to use the pen tool, as this is the primary software we will use in class.

Special Notes

  • Students must have photoshop on their computer.
