Woodburning (Ages 12-14)
Wood-burning, also known as pyrography, is a versatile medium that allows you to create stunning works of art on wood surfaces using heated tools. Students will learn the basics and how to safely create with a hot tool, and create a torched piece of art to bring home off of a wood slice.

Ash (she/they) is an artist based in Richmond, VA, creating wood-burned illustrations and printed media. She enjoys creating work with bright colors, wild detail, and inspired from the natural world around her.
