Learn how to observe and sculpt objects in clay. Students will choose objects like shoes, figurines, stuffed animals, etc and learn how to recreate them in clay. We’ll cover topics such as line, gesture, texture and surface. You’ll leave the class with one or two finished sculptures that can be used for college portfolios.
