B: Photogram Frameable Art: Making Art with Light in the Darkroom with Jud Judson (Adults and Youth 9+ with Registered Adult)
Join artist Jud Judson and spend a night in the magical darkroom to create one-of-a-kind frameable art using a simple yet exciting photographic process called photograms. Learn this fun way to create designs on light-sensitive paper by placing small objects (you can bring your own) on a piece of photo paper and blasting it with light to create a negative of the objects. They make beautiful cards for friends or family or as artwork for your wall!
Special Notes
- Ages 9+ are welcomed, if accompanied by a ticket holding adult.Each person participating must register separately for the class. Be sure to sign up ASAP to guarantee your spot and make sure it runs. Some seats may be available the night of, but it is recommended that you sign up early to ensure the class runs. We will confirm or cancel classes by 5pm the Thursday before.We do not contact waitlist participants for 2nd Fridays classes; please do not join a waitlist.The night of, please proceed to the front desk where they will direct you to class.

Jud Judson is a multidisciplinary artist based in Richmond, Virginia. With a start in Darkroom photography, their artistic curiosity has led them into ceramics, screen printing, and alternative printing processes. You can find their work on their instagram @morselcraft.
