ONSITE: Paper Quilling a Holiday Card

Design and create one holiday card while learning about the history of 18th century paper quilling (quilling filigree) and how the art form has evolved. Students will use strips of paper that are rolled into coils, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. We'll also learn to use quilling tools and techniques to manipulate paper into various shapes.

Special Notes

  • If under age 18, must also register with an adult. Hand and finger dexterity is necessary to use the quilling tools.
